As a naturopath and herbalist I employ a wide range of natural and self-healing practices. I combine old wisdom from different cultures and new scientific knowledge. I use herbal supplements, dietary changes, and lifestyle practices to support the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. I am looking to find the root cause of illness and underlying imbalances rather than just treating symptoms. I treat the whole person not the disease. I consider your unique emotional, environment, mental, physical, and social aspects too. Common forms of herbal treatment include teas, capsules containing herbs, bath salts, oils, creams and ointments, Bach flowers, syrups, and herbal extracts. Plant medicine is amazing because our bodies can easily recognize and absorb it. I create an individualised treatment plan and combine it with herbal mixtures of medicinal grade herbs. The herbal products I use are regulated by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration).

We’ll meet online for a 1-hour thorough assessment of your health history, symptoms, nutrition and lifestyle, and I’ll suggest pathology testing to help us gather more data.

2. Follow-Up

Armed with your pathology results, I’ll create a tailored treatment plan with herbal medicine, supplements, nutritional support and lifestyle recommendations.

3. Ongoing Support

We’ll check in regularly to monitor and adjust your plan, and I’ll continue to support you with information about hormones, toxins, symptom triggers and more.
