When I was in my 40s I began experiencing hot flushes and changes in my menstrual cycle, including blood clots and flooding. I visited my GP only to be told “You are in menopause. You are just getting old.”.
The phrase “perimenopause” wasn’t mentioned, nor was there a discussion about natural solutions for symptom relief. Instead, the discussion immediately turned to talk of HRT, the pill and the option of a hysterectomy.
It was at this moment I decided to focus my naturopathy services on supporting perimenopausal women. We’re not merely “getting old”; natural, evidence-based treatments are available to provide relief during this transition.

We’ll meet online for a 90-minute, thorough assessment of your health history, symptoms, nutrition, and lifestyle. I may also suggest pathology testing to help us gather deeper insight.
2. Follow-Up
Armed with your pathology results, I’ll create a tailored treatment plan with herbal medicine, supplements, nutritional support and lifestyle recommendations.
3. Ongoing Support
We’ll check in regularly to monitor and adjust your plan, and I’ll continue to support you with information about hormones, toxins, symptom triggers and more.
4. Regain Control
Begin to feel in control of your body again as you reduce long-term health risks and maintain your physical and mental wellbeing beyond menopause and into the future.

If you’re an existing client and I’ve seen you in the past 5 months, you can request a refill without booking a full consultation.
A $35 fee applies to cover the time it takes to review your file and prepare your refill.
No video or phone appointment is required — I’ll review your form and be in touch within 1–2 business days.
If a follow-up consultation is needed instead, your $35 payment will be credited toward that session.
